WonderWiki - a Wiki Mod for Google Docs

I'm a GM and I have long-wanted a way to create a wiki that can be simultaneously edited by my players, so that notes and world-building can be accurately recorded and networked.

I have created extensions for Google Docs which does just that, plus a little more. 

How does it work? 

1. The GM (or whoever) creates a dedicated and shared folder to host the wiki in their google drive. Create a doc to serve as the 'root' document.

2. Then follow the downloadable instructions here. (If you download the free version without providing a donation, you have wiki functionality; if you pay, you get a basic ability to encrypt text within the google doc so your players can't read your notes).

3. Share the link to your 'root' document with your players and friends.

4. Create a free, simultaneously editable wiki!

Notes:

Is it perfect? No. But it's functional. Do you have to pay for encryption? No (not really). Just download the free version. If you like the free version and later want the encryption/decryption ability - come back and donate.
